Some activities for the dissemination of the Calmarsi project were carried out near the visit center of the Saline di Trapani and Paceco Nature Reserve in collaboration with the WWF. Taking advantage of the autumn favorable climatic conditions, a dozen young plants of Calendula maritima were transplanted in the area in front of the Maria Stella wind mill and an information panel was installed with the description of the project. The intervention will promote awareness to the numerous visitors on the themes of the project, and will introduce them to the target species, whose populations are distant from the visit center and difficult to find without suitable guided tours.
