The second reinforcement activity of the small natural population of Calendula maritima located on Isola Colombaia was carried out. 16 new nuclei were implanted, each consisting of 10 young seedlings for a total of 160 new plants. Among the 50 plants introduced last February more than 70% have survived and prove to be fully healthy, most of them (90%) being in full autumn bloom.
