Within the project of building of outer dams and docks of the harbour of Trapani, handled by the Interregional Board for Public Works, the foreseen activities of mitigation have been completed through the reinforcement of the existing populations of Calendula maritima. The intervention was carried out by Vivai Iberis s.r.l. with plant material produced through in vitro techniques by CNR-IBBR. A total of 251 plantlets have been planted, of which 110 (40%) result to be fully established.
