On May 15th, new surveys were made to the Capo Feto Reserve (municipalities of Mazara del Vallo and Petrosino). Four new suitable areas were identified and the floristic relevés for the characterization of the areas were completed.
With the Capo Feto area, explorations to find new reintroduction sites can be considered completed.
Contacts have been initiated with the Province of Trapani, the managing body of the area, and the two concerned municipalities for a shared evaluation of the possibilities to implement the activities envisaged by the project.
